I have had the Sansui SC3300 for a number of years and cassettes really come alive with this machine,
There are so many that talk about instrument separation, Widening of the sound stage and all that, which I always thought was bunk, until I got this tape deck, it really does do all of that it make your cassette sound as good or better that a really good vinyl record on a really good turntable.

I like that it has its own Volume control, so if you just have the tape deck and you don\'t want to turn on your receiver/amp just fire it up and plug in a set of quality headphones and your in business, and it wont blow out your ear drums, unless you want it to.
