Technics SU-V3

by Alan Bates Date Added: Sunday 07 May, 2023
Competent Amp with well balanced sound stage. For amplifiers of these era and how it fitted into the market then - as a 'lower in the Technics range' its sound quality differs from a NAD3020 type amp but is none the less accurate, detailed and enjoyable to listen too, and was at a similar price.
Postives - The soundstage, the reliability - still an 'Everyday Amp' after 50 years! And not even needed to recap!
Downside - stupid twist terminals on most of the SU-V range make it awkward to connect more than 3mm diameter speaker wire
