Sony STR-V4 L

by Scott kennedy Date Added: Thursday 09 June, 2016
I have had my Sony STR-V4 since I was 13 or 14. I got it brand new for Christmas. I am 53 now and am currently listening to some Robin Trower with it through a pair of Klipsch Heresy's. My Cornwall's are in my old house, for now. This thing cranks. I love the deep rich sound it gives. I patched a 10 band equalizer through the tape monitor. Then I plug my ipod into the input jacks on the equalizer. Old meets new. I still have albums too. They are also in my old house with the turntable.
My ex-wife took my $500 Black face Yamaha 5.1 surround receiver in the divorce(not hers). I was mad at the time. She did me a favor. I took the Sony out of the original box, dusted it off and was set. I did take it to an electronic repair guy. There are not actually many left. It was crackling a little. It was just dirty. That was 6 years ago and it's still going strong. I can't wait to get my Cornwall's back.
